Join us for the next Schantz MakerSpace monthly meeting on Monday, November 17th, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Romich MakerSpace (13875 Cleveland Road, Creston.
Our guest presenter this month will be Keith Bowers, who recently visited Barry at the MakerSpace. Keith has hands-on experience with 3D printing and will be sharing some of his work and project samples. This will be a great opportunity to see creative ideas in action and exchange tips with a fellow maker.
We’ll also have something new to explore—a 5-watt laser engraver recently offered by SainSmart for around $175. We’ve ordered one as a potential entry-level machine for future classes and will have it on hand at the meeting for everyone to check out.
We also invite anyone who has taken our 3D printer build class and run into challenges to bring their machine. Our instructors will be available during the second half of the meeting to help troubleshoot and share solutions. The MakerSpace also offers spare parts, supplies, and other resources to keep your projects moving forward.
